Services provided: Residential property acquisition, development, construction management, and project management.

 

Purchased in winter of 2015, SMC Projects took an as-is estate sale single-family property within walking distance to downtown Summit, and transformed it into a one-of-a-kind, move-in-ready Craftsman.

 

Updates include:

  • New bathrooms

  • Updated kitchen countertops and appliances

  • Custom built-ins

  • New hardwood flooring

  • Landscape and sitework

  • New deck and LED ambient lighting

  • New electric and mechanical systems

  • New basement with bathroom and shower

 

Upon acquisition, Stephen Michael worked with Jack Held Surveyors to create a plan to successfully lift High Street out of the FEMA Flood Zone A status, which it had been in for over 50 years.  

 

High Street was purchased for $590,000.00 and sold 2.5 years later for $977,500.00.
