Services provided: Procurement management, owner representation, and construction management including detailed plan forward, budget creation and full-analysis, procurement of bidding subcontractors, subcontractor bid process, scope of work creation, bid leveling, and contract procurement.

Phase one of project was for roof replacement. Phase two was for mechanical system change from an existing FCU (fan coil unit) to VRF (variable refrigerant flow) system.  Project included renovation of resident’s personal home office, with new lighting and millwork throughout.
